Foods such as pasta, cereals, bread and rice are what are commonly referred to as carbohydrates is what your body needs to give you energy to burn, you then need to top this up with a healthy balanced diet of greens which would include vegetables such as Kale, Spinach etc. The best way to start your day would be with a breakfast that includes that are wholegrain, preferably some kind of fish, salmon is perfect, followed by a good green healthy smoothie.
